Who the site is for
The site is for families. Children should use it together with a grown-up. The Trotley Club, the forms and Trotley's Mailbag are for adults 18 or older.
What belongs to Trotley
Trotley, the characters, the stories, the pictures, the games, the text and the logos on this site belong to Talea Investments LLC and are protected by copyright and trademark law. Trotley™ is a trademark of Talea Investments LLC. Except where these terms say you may, please don't copy, change, sell or distribute them.
Free printables
You may download the free printables and print as many copies as you need for personal use at home and for non-commercial use in a classroom or a library. You may not sell them, change them, remove the copyright line or post the files on another website or app. To share them, share the link to this site.
Games
The games are free to play on this site for personal use. Please don't copy them or place them on another site.
Trotley Club
The Club is free and is for adults. You can leave at any time with the unsubscribe link in any email. “Founding Adventurer” is our thank-you to those who join early. It is not a paid membership and it carries no guaranteed reward or benefit. We may change or end the Club; if we do, we tell members by email.
Trotley's Mailbag
Only an adult may send us a child's drawing or letter, with the agreement of the child's parent or legal guardian. You keep all rights to it. Sending it does not give us permission to show it in public: if we would like to feature it, we ask you first, and you are free to say no. We can't answer every message, we can't return what you send, and we don't promise to feature any creation. Please don't include your child's full name, school, address, phone number or other personal information.
Buying the books
The books are sold by Amazon. Price, payment, delivery and returns follow Amazon's own terms, and the price and availability shown on Amazon are the ones that count.
Amazon links and affiliate disclosure
Some links on trotley.com go to Amazon. They are affiliate links: if you click one and buy, Amazon pays us a small commission at no extra cost to you. When you click, Amazon may set cookies and collect information under Amazon's own privacy notice. The Games pages contain no Amazon links.

The site links to Amazon, Instagram and YouTube. We don't control those services and are not responsible for their content or their policies.
The site “as is”
We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide it “as is,” without warranties, as far as the law allows. As far as the law allows, Talea Investments LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits rights that consumer law gives you and that cannot be limited.

When we change these terms, we change the date at the top. The version on this page is the one in force.
